Chelsea Litsey helps high performers break free from burnout, get out of their own way, and become more intentional leaders.

But there was a disconnect. The work she was doing as a coach had evolved, and the brand representing that work hadn't quite kept up. Her visuals and messaging no longer reflected the heart of her business, the people she wanted to reach, or where she wanted to take things next.

It was time to make the outside match the inside.

First, we got undeerneath it all.

Coaching is personal work, and when your business is built around helping people change how they think, lead, and live, explaining exactly what you do can get complicated.

We started by getting to know Chelsea. We dug into her approach, her audience, her goals, and the transformation she helps her clients achieve. Then we worked to find the language and visual direction that could communicate those ideas in a way that felt approachable, meaningful, and unmistakably hers.

Making the invisible visible.

We developed a custom illustration style that helped bring some of the bigger, more abstract ideas into focus, because internal barriers, burnout, and mindset shifts are all important concepts. But they’re not exactly the easiest things to photograph.

This gave Chelsea a way to communicate her work without relying on the usual coaching-industry stock photos and inspirational mountain quotes.

A website that sounds like Chelsea.

A personal brand should feel, well, personal. Revolutionary, we know.

We brought Chelsea’s new positioning, messaging, and visual identity together in a website designed to introduce her work, explain her approach, and help prospective clients see themselves in what she offers.

We also developed lead magnets and supported her content writing, creating resources that could introduce her thinking, build trust, and carry a consistent voice beyond the website.

The good stuff.

A refreshed identity, a website that communicated the work behind the work, custom illustrations, and content tools that make complex ideas easier to understand.

And the biggest transformation? Something we didn’t design. Chelsea now feels genuinely connected to her brand again, with a visual identity that finally reflects who she is, what she believes, and the work she puts out into the world.
