Mt. Harrison Audiology isn't your average hearing aid clinic.
The independently owned practice provides comprehensive audiology care for patients of all ages, from hearing evaluations and hearing aids to pediatric audiology, tinnitus treatment, balance and dizziness care, and implantable hearing devices.
Their expertise had grown. Their services had grown. Their team had grown.
Their website hadn't.
Start with the patient.
Audiology can get complicated quickly.
Patients may arrive worried about their hearing, frustrated by tinnitus, trying to understand why they're dizzy, or looking for answers for their child. The last thing they need is a website that makes finding those answers harder.
So before we thought about colors, layouts, or buttons, we thought about them.
We reorganized the site around the questions patients are actually asking, creating clear paths to services, resources, provider information, insurance and financing, and ultimately, an appointment.
The goal? Make the experience of finding help feel simpler.
Expertise without the medical-school prerequisite.
Mt. Harrison offers an unusually broad range of audiology services, and that expertise is a huge part of what sets the practice apart.
It also meant we had a lot to explain.
We rewrote the website from top to bottom, translating complex clinical information into language patients and caregivers could actually understand without watering down the expertise behind it.
Warm, not watered down.
The new site needed to feel credible without feeling clinical. Professional without becoming impersonal. Warm without wandering into the soft-focus, stock-photo world healthcare websites so often live in.
We built a visual and verbal experience around that balance, giving the practice a digital presence that feels much more like the people patients actually meet when they walk through the door.
Room for what’s next.
We weren't designing for the practice Mt. Harrison had been. We were designing for where it was going.
The new site gave growing areas of care, including advanced tinnitus treatment and expanded pediatric and vestibular services, the space they deserved while creating a structure that could continue to grow alongside the practice.
And because patient education doesn't stop at the website, we're carrying that same strategy and visual system into Mt. Harrison's ongoing email marketing and monthly patient newsletter.
The good stuff.
A website built around patients instead of pages, a voice that makes complicated care easier to understand, and a digital presence that better reflects the expertise and humanity of the practice behind it.
It’s a foundation with enough room for Mt. Harrison Audiology to keep becoming what it's already well on its way to being.
Sometimes the business isn't the thing that needs reinventing. Sometimes the website just needs to catch up to what already is.
